Those metrics are a little skewed.... you're missing a whole age groups worth of rep teams. I'm sure that would affect the metrics.
can you quantify "Up in all important metrics including fundraising, community involvement, registration. volunteers." I dont see any numbers to support your claim.

Yikes, nice work around data above. Is Aurora moving into a BB/B centre? Basically, surviving on kids dropping from AA/A to win games/tournaments? This is not development and very much 'cheats' the system.
