There was a meeting Saturday and only 8 showed up...you know 2 to 3 of those who showed up are going to get cold feet and bail...seen happen all to many times...I was apart of that NYK Team 3 years ago. NYK has a new coach that in his 50's and out of the G for over 5 years. Doesn't know the loop, relying on parents to do his scouting, plus you have the exit of all the best players on the team. So parent of mediocre player is not going to attract top player. they are going to attract another mediocre player. And the chances of mediocre player coming and seeing what's left (after a first place finish), mediocre player(parents) are not going to come. You will have the the one that dad thinks his kid is McDavid, and that is the problem parent.

Why would she, she is dominant, best in the loop. More agile, quicker and technically sound than TR Goalie, hence him not making AAA

FH in good hands next season! He puts AS and his idiot sidekick to shame. AS had a good thing going but chose to let a bunch of houseleague parents control his team and him. Pay to play, rented ice kickbacks, parent “committees” CD, TO, KW, CS. Imagine being that desperate to keep your kid in AA.

Unfortunately you’ll always have parents like this. Never teaching their spoiled kids how to earn anything and deal with disappointment. Always sweeping the obstacles out of the way. Not good.
