West played with 6 teams in the loop when it was U12, no crossovers. But it's really unbalanced, East has 12 teams, West stays with only 6.

Aeros should move to West. You can even make the case for the Ducks. Then it would be 10 in East 8 in west

It’s not an easy switch, they will have to move them in all age groups and levels.
