With more knowledge of the loop and open borders the team will only improve from here on out.

DM has a proven track record of taking kids to the draft.
Is that you DM????

There was no issue with the parent group and they had other coaches who wanted the team.

The only track record DM has is that of losing. He had 1 winning team that HE did not build it was dropped in his lap.

Ask yourself why he has ZERO returning players? its not because HE didn't want any of them back.

He is so desperate he's offering spots to AA players based on live barn videos

If that was true what does that say about CRC if they can't attract players or coaches?

The parent group that the COACH selected was a problem?

Open boarders is not good for ORGs like CRC as no one is forced to play for them.

just shaking my head as this is coming from DM, his coaching staff or someone on the board at CRC classless blaming the parents.

DM is a great salesman not a coach

Ya. You know all the kids on another team and post it online? That's pretty pathetic. Must be a coach who didn't get the players he wanted. Boo hoo.

The Coach who didn't get the players he wanted was DM Pretty sad that he was offering kids FREE rides and still being turned down.

Well they posted their team on Instagram and they have 1 AAA player on their roster This team is going to get lit up like a Christmas tree.

Pretty sad that you troll a team and Instagram for 12/13 year olds that your son is not on. My kid is on that team and I'm proud of him. Trashing 12/13 year olds online makes you look like a goof.

Your new to DM & CRC so I get it your kid is getting his first shout at AAA. Talk to me January and we can have a drink and talk about how we both wished we didn't put our kids though a year with DM and CRC

I heard, and dont quote me, that 100% of the team from last year left. Most voluntarily and only a handful involuntarily. Thats a big red flag! I also heard that the team did 0 off ice or dryland last year and that the practices were 85% PP and PK. Coaching staff was physically unable to demo most drills at practice and attendance from staff at both games and practices was also a challenge. Makes you wonder what the CRC organization is doing to validate these paid staffs both in season and when choosing to bring coaches back for upcoming seasons.
