You got a good chance because the talent pool in the G is very small

No third party. Coaches choose the team.Guest wrote: ↑Thu Nov 14, 2024 7:23 amIs the evaluation process from a 'third party'? Outside of Coach or any member of the existing Bulldog team.Guest wrote: ↑Thu Nov 14, 2024 5:47 amFormer parent of a brick kid. The teams aren’t fully chosen until March. Kids are chosen from a combo of attending the evaluations (my son went to one Ph and one TB in the summer) but mainly both organizations attend many games for months and will watch your child play. Also loyalty plays into it. If you haven’t been a bulldog since pup and another kid has and same level talent they are choosing the kid that’s been a bulldog for years. My kid wasn’t chosen until middle February.Guest wrote: ↑Thu Nov 14, 2024 2:19 am
If the teams are picked why hold evaluations this month for the bulldogs?
Re: Brick 2025
Is that that why G teams are ranked #1 in every single age group? You wish you were here and your kid isn’t good enough. Keep licking the glass.Guest wrote: ↑Thu Nov 14, 2024 7:44 amGuest wrote: ↑Thu Nov 14, 2024 7:41 amGuest wrote: ↑Sat Oct 26, 2024 6:12 pmThis kid is unreal. If you haven't seen him play. That isn’t how it works, can’t string you along and keep collecting fees if you know that there are 80 kids out, and there is only 1 spot. Individual evaluations would lead to better teams and less grift for the “coaches” who will fleece you for 3 years before the tournament then drop you last minute…Guest wrote: ↑Thu Nov 14, 2024 9:49 amCan we ask for a third party if we pay the money for the skates?Guest wrote: ↑Thu Nov 14, 2024 8:03 amNo third party. Re: Brick 2025
As a parent of a Brick alumni player…know what you are getting into. Is it pay to play? Yes. Is it based on talent? Yes. Is it based on loyalty? Yes. (Aka going to all the development slates and paying top dollar). Is it a fair process? No. The two teams in Ontario are based on license ownership. That is why no Ontario teams will ever win another title. It’s a shame, because we have some incredible talent here.Guest wrote: ↑Wed Dec 25, 2024 12:09 pmThat isn’t how it works, can’t string you along and keep collecting fees if you know that there are 80 kids out, and there is only 1 spot. Having said that, if you get to go, soak it all in because it’s an amazing experience once you get past the egos, crappy coaching and favouritism.
