G parent here, Barrie won OHF guess this guy isn't lying
VK beats NYR 3 straight games, a team that's never lost 3 in a row, then limps into Sudbury with sick, suspended and injured players and you're excited that Barrie beat them by a slim margin? Get your head out of your ass. What happened earlier in the season when they lost to VK in a final? VK wins OHFs with a full lineup and it isn't close.
Barrie may have barely beat VK, but North Bay beat them 5-2 and Chatham smacked them 8-2 🤣🤣🤣🤣
VK is a streaky team. Missing a kid who would have scored a tonne for them. They also lost to NYR multiple times by 5 or more. Then beat them 3 STRAIGHT. They were not a top team, but won against the TRUE Best team when it mattered. They are a big team and adding a kid who is going to be the best player in the league.
And who is that?
That's what everyone says. TT is getting the best incoming player - D from NB. If you can't say who is coming to VK no one believes it.
North Bay D plays in the worst league in Ontario and does absolutely nothing against good teams. Reality check time.
His dad already lives on this site so expect a pouty response.

The 2012 age group is pretty weak. This kid is a great player and 1 of maybe 2-3 players in the age group (Canada and US) that I wound call legit players

My kid is a 2012 and I completely agree with this
Age group set back from Covid and 1/2 ice garbage. Will be the weakest draft year you will ever see.

Literally not one exceptional kid.
Maybe at u16 an overall talented athlete will emerge but at this point not one. Keep blowing your money on the dream.

... he had 3 POINTS a game as a DEFENSE. Vs all the best teams in Ontario....which is what OHF is.
He is a legit prospect already.
You have all these NYR, JRC TM type defense dads, that get defensive when someone talks positively about a kid.
There is not one D in this league who can score like he does from the point.

I also think that the 2012 age group is actually pretty strong talent wise in Ontario, especially the G. Look at the records from the top teams from the US.

some may say, Well CJR are the best, well thats a Brick team... we have 3-4 teams that are very close and if we picked a super team from only the GTHL, they would destroy CJR

There are a few just not in Toronto. Martin Erats kid looks really good, Celebrini (Macklins little brother), a couple really good kids on Mid Fairfield and Cranston in Nova Scotia is putting up crazy numbers

The 2012 class is weaker than the average age group. Best 2012 team is Mid-Fairfield 72-0-2 beat NYR, TM and tied JRC

How many of those teams made it out of their group at SS? Those were not top teams watch what he does when he plays top teams nada

This age group in Ontario is very deep. There may not be that one exceptional Bédard type but there are some very good players

…well CJR also played 2011 the years prior and had an insane record. What does that say about the 2011 age group? They tied JRC, and beat NYR 2-1 and also LOST to JRC the year prior. This age group has ALOT of great players. CM, MD, CL are all top players in the GTHL, adding reynolds, NB kid, EF in net.

If you make a super team with those kids and the rest of the GTHL (based on merit, no rich dad’s can buy their way in) The would win by a touch down vs ANYONE.

Sorry NB dad, you kid hasn't proven shit. Completely shut down by VK and the rest of those teams are hardly the best in Ontario. He'll be average in the G. If he was really good he wouldn't be going to the Titans. Think about it and stop chirping on here, you already sound desperate for attention and pathetic.
It's also no secret that our age group is considered by scouts to be one of the weakest in recent memory, but that doesn't change the fact that somebody needs to go first, second, etc. It is what it is, we can't change it.
